Pre Dynasty/ Early Dynasty Placemarks:
The Major Early Dynasty monuments and remains I have looked up though Google Earth are at Abydos, Naqada, and Saqqara.
The first Kings, of Dynasty 0 and 1 are buried at the Abydos, Umm el-Qa'ab region.
See for map: Abydos: Tombs of the Kings
Besides their tombs there are also "enclosures" called fortresses at Abydos, designed to each King which can be found to the north/ east of Umm el-Qa'ab. These enclosures were probably used for the funerary cult of each King.
While it is unknown where most of the Kings of the 2d Dynasty were buried, the most likely place where they were buried are the "hallway tombs" below ground level, which were found to the south of Djoser's Pyramid at Saqqara (These tombs aren't visible through Google Earth).
The last 2 Kings of Dynasty 2 are once again buried at Abydos (Peribsen and Khasekhemwy). In Saqqara North Cemetery the High Officials from Dynasty 1, 2 and 3 were buried in Tombs.
These tombs had a structure below ground-level and a structure above ground-level.
Also in Saqqara the large "Great Enclosure" which may date to Khasekhemwy, can be seen.
Finally Naqada also shows cemeteries and town remains, which I haven't "explored" yet.
